Advance Payment Required
To confirm a Pre-Order, full pre-payment is required.

This ensures we can reserve your product with our suppliers and prioritize your order.
Estimated Delivery Time
Each Pre-Order product includes an estimated delivery timeline.
- Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, import processes, and logistics

Cancellation of Pre-Orders
You may cancel your Pre-Order:
- Before supplier confirmation
After confirmation, cancellation is generally not possible, unless the item becomes:
- Unavailable
- Significantly delayed
- Discontinued by the supplier
In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds for Pre-Orders
If a Pre-Order is canceled (where eligible) or cannot be fulfilled by Fig Z, a full refund will be issued through your original payment method.
Exchange & Return Policy for Pre-Orders
Pre-Order items are eligible for return or exchange only if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is defective
- The item does not match the description
Note: Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for Pre-Orders due to supplier commitments.
