When Can You Cancel an Order?
You may cancel your order if:
- The order has not yet been processed or dispatched
- The item you ordered becomes unavailable or out of stock
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled and will fall under our Return & Exchange Policy instead.

Prepaid Order Cancellation
If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:
- You will receive a full refund
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be canceled before dispatch at no cost
- Frequent last-minute cancellations may impact your eligibility for future COD orders, to maintain service quality
Pre-Order Items
Pre-orders are processed differently and may require advance payment:
- Cancellation is allowed before supplier confirmation
- Once confirmed or in transit, cancellation is not possible
- Exceptions may apply if the item is delayed or becomes unavailable
Company Rights
Fig Z reserves the right to cancel any order if:
- The product is unavailable
- Payment verification fails
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
- Delivery details are incorrect or unreachable
In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable.
